Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Associate Dean for the School of Nursing in Orlando, FL. You will recruit and evaluate faculty, oversee budgets, and lead curriculum planning.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing required; earned doctorate in a relevant discipline preferred.
• Prior program administration experience at the BSN level preferred.
• Evidence of effective teaching, service and scholarly activities.
• Effective leadership and management skills; strong communication.
• Licenses/certifications as applicable to the field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver educational programs and services at the campus.
• Collaborate with faculty and program coordinators to promote results.
• Maintain programmatic accreditation and ensure quality standards.
• Complete and manage budget allocations.
• Recruit, hire and evaluate faculty.
• Organize student advising procedures and class schedules.
• Develop collaborations with other colleges for inter-professional education.
• Represent the program in the community.
