Job summary

Northbridge University in Orlando, FL seeks an Associate Dean of Graduated School to oversee all graduate programs, support student recruitment, education and retention, and coordinate faculty staffing and scheduling for online courses. This role reports to the Executive Director and supports accreditation and program development across Florida campuses.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Business Administration, Education or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of successful teaching experience at the college level; preferably in the proprietary school setting.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed retention, laddering/career pathway, student satisfaction, and certification goals by structuring appropriate student services and advising.
• Coordinate and track student reentry and readmission processes.
• Meet or exceed daily student engagement goals for graduate online courses in all online programs.
• Assist in developing and maintaining the student schedule for all graduate programs and courses.
• Coordinate timely academic advising for SAP issues in compliance with policy.
• Provide retention and advising to students and support student services during evening/weekend outreach.
• Verify online graduate classes have qualified instructors and manage contracts.
