Job summary

Jobot seeks an Associate Dean of Nursing in Orlando to lead and elevate our nursing education programs. You will work closely with the Dean to guide curricula, ensure accreditation readiness, and mentor faculty while overseeing budgets, schedules, and student advising.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s in Nursing (Doctorate preferred) and a track record of program development, system improvements, and higher education leadership in a health sciences environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing required; Doctorate preferred.
• Experience leading a nursing program (BSN level or higher a plus).
• Experience building programs and improving systems.

Responsibilities

• Support and guide faculty to do their best work.
• Help shape our nursing programs and keep them strong and relevant.
• Keep our school aligned with accreditation standards.
• Oversee budgets, class schedules, and student advising.
• Build strong connections across campus and in the local community.
• Represent the school with heart and professionalism.
