AdventHealth Orlando seeks a Doctorate-qualified nursing educator to lead the associate, undergraduate, and graduate programs. You will design, coordinate, and assess curricula, and work with administration to advance strategic goals.

Responsibilities include accreditation oversight, faculty evaluations, and development of courses, mentoring, and scholarly activity within a faith-based health system in Orlando, FL.

Qualifications

• Doctorate required in nursing or related field.
• 2+ years developing nursing programs (associate/undergraduate/graduate).
• 2+ years instructional design experience.
• 2+ years teaching in nursing programs (undergraduate/graduate).
• RN licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Lead department in Dean's absence and assist in representation to senior university administration.
• Design, coordinate, evaluate, and implement program curriculum.
• Engage in program planning and assessment at department and institutional levels.
• Assist Dean with strategic planning, updating goals and assessments, and long-term planning.
• Oversee program accreditation and prepare annual ACEN reports.
• Develop and deliver course instruction; mentor students and engage in scholarly activities.
