Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC in Miamisburg, OH is seeking a Nursing Scheduling Coordinator to support the Director of Nursing by planning and directing the schedule for the nursing service department. You will post schedules, adjust staffing within budget and census, manage PTO, leave, and shift trades, and ensure onboarding and smooth coverage while providing direct patient care when required.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and 1–3 years of relevant experience with CNA/QMA/LPN/RN

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 1-3 Years of relevant experience preferred.
• Candidates should have a current valid CNA, QMA, LPN or RN credential. Non-clinical candidates will be considered with the appropriate level of experience.

Responsibilities

• Creates the campus' four (4) week Master set schedule and posts in accordance with policy.
• Makes staffing adjustments as needed according to budget and census.
• Manages PTO requests, holiday rotations, and shift trades.
• Generates postings such as BIPA, daily assignments, and monthly schedules.
• Manages nursing hours (PPD) and staff ratio to census.
• Manages Time and Attendance, attendance points, buy-backs, and shift incentives.
• Uses Smartlinx features for posting and filling shifts and messaging.
• Onboards new employees with schedule review and needs assessment.
• Provide direct patient care as needed within license scope.
