Job summary

Primary responsibilities include comprehensive data entry for nursing staff in the UKG Workforce system and managing schedules, time off, and transfers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Experience of 1+ year in staff scheduling required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Proven ability to perform in a fast paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management to establish an effective scheduling system; replace and report call-outs promptly.
• Monitor attendance, hours, and staffing levels including PRN requirements.
• Schedule orientation for new hires with preceptors.
• Present Schedule Management information during new hire orientation.
• Date entry and management of UKG Workday timekeeping system.
