Qualifications

• Successful completion of a state approved training program in medication administration.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Create staffing schedules to ensure quality nursing care.
• Coordinate with the Executive Director and the Director of Nursing on staffing needs and budget compliance.
• Communicate staffing schedules and needs across the team.
• Work with residents and staff to ensure timely and courteous scheduling.
