Job summary

Mecklenburg Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Staffing Coordinator/Scheduler to manage nursing, CMA and CNA schedules monthly. You will work with the Director of Nursing and leadership to ensure quality resident care, arrange replacements, and support daily operations.

The ideal candidate has scheduling experience and a valid CNA license. We offer health benefits, a 401(k) with company match, and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating nursing staff schedules.
• Current and valid CNA license is required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all Nursing, CMA and CNA schedules for each calendar month.
• Find replacements to meet staffing guidelines.
• Provide daily and weekly reporting of hours worked by Nursing, CMA and CNA, and assist with administrative tasks.
