Job summary

Mecklenburg Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Staffing Coordinator/Scheduler for the nursing department. The role collaborates with the Director of Nursing and Nurse Leadership to ensure residents receive quality care by effectively scheduling Nursing, CMA, and CNA staff each month.

Qualifications

• Previous scheduling experience in a nursing environment.
• Current and valid CNA license.
• Ability to coordinate with Director of Nursing and leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all Nursing, CMA and CNA schedules for each calendar month.
• Find replacements to meet staffing guidelines.
• Provide daily and weekly reporting reflecting Nursing, CMA and CNA hours worked.
• Provide administrative support to Nursing Department activities.
