Westgate Hills Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Havertown, PA is seeking a dedicated Nursing Scheduler to coordinate staff coverage, manage labor needs and payroll deadlines, and monitor overtime and shifts. You will partner with nursing management to review PTO requests and vacancies.

Qualifications

• Experience in a staffing role for a Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care facility.
• Prior healthcare staffing experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule staff to meet the needs of the facility
• Ensure labor requirements and payroll deadlines are met
• Monitor overtime, open shifts, and daily, weekly, and monthly schedules
• Work closely with nursing management to review paid time off requests and position vacancies
• Review position vacancies and maintain knowledge of excel spreadsheets
