Westgate Hills Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Havertown, PA is seeking a dedicated Nursing Scheduler to coordinate staff coverage, manage labor needs and payroll deadlines, and monitor overtime and shifts. You will partner with nursing management to review PTO requests and vacancies.

Westgate Hills Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, a 110-bed skilled rehabilitation and nursing facility in Havertown, Pennsylvania, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Scheduler to join our team.

About the Role:

As a Nursing Scheduler, you will be responsible for scheduling staff to meet the needs of our facility, ensuring labor requirements and payroll deadlines are met, and monitoring overtime, open shifts, and daily, weekly, and monthly schedules. You will also work closely with our nursing management team to review paid time off requests and position vacancies. Prior healthcare staffing experience is required for this role.
