Job summary

echrshealth is seeking a detail-oriented Nursing Scheduler for our 5-STAR Skilled Nursing and Long Term Care Facility. You will manage staffing and shift coverage for the nursing team to maintain safe, compliant ratios and high-quality patient care.

You will replace call-ins, coordinate time-off requests, and provide backup support to HR; strong communication and multitasking are essential as you report to the Director of Nursing (DON) and may assist other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to maintain staffing ratios and ensure timely scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing and shift coverage for the Nursing Department to maintain safe, compliant patient care.
• Replace call-ins and coordinate all time-off requests.
• Provide backup support to Human Resources and coordinate across departments as needed.
