WeCare is seeking a detail‑oriented Nursing Scheduler for our skilled nursing facility. You will develop and maintain schedules for CNAs, LPNs, RNs, and nursing supervisors to ensure patient care coverage meets facility requirements and standards.

You will collaborate with the Director of Nursing, HR, and leadership to address staffing needs. The ideal candidate communicates effectively, stays calm under changing priorities, and proactively addresses open shifts and overtime.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain nursing schedules for CNAs, LPNs, RNs, and nursing supervisors.
• Ensure appropriate staffing coverage based on facility needs and staffing requirements.
• Monitor daily staffing levels and address open shifts and coverage gaps.
• Manage call-offs, schedule changes, shift replacements, and employee availability.
• Communicate open shifts and staffing needs to nursing staff in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with Director of Nursing, HR, and leadership regarding staffing needs.
• Track availability, time off, leaves of absence, and schedule changes.
• Minimize overtime and agency usage by identifying internal staffing solutions.
