Eaton County Health & Rehabilitation Services is seeking a Nursing Scheduler to manage work schedules and shift coverage for our nursing team in a five-star skilled nursing facility. The role ensures safe staffing ratios and high-quality patient care through proactive planning.

Qualifications

• Experience scheduling for nursing staff.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Staffing and scheduling for the Nursing Department for all CENAs, PCENAs, Charge Nurses and other staff as directed.
• Replace call-ins and coordinate all time off requests.
• Provide backup to Human Resources Specialist and complete timecards every other week.
• May provide support to other departments as directed.
• Must be able to multitask and be flexible.
