Qualifications

• Previous nursing scheduler experience required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, post, and maintain monthly nursing staff schedules.
• Track schedule changes and approve trades as delegated by the DON.
• Maintain accurate records of call-offs, tardies, and early arrivals.
• Coordinate daily with Human Resources to ensure attendance policies are applied consistently.
• Prepare and submit accurate payroll reports in a timely manner.
• Provide staffing, vacancy, and agency usage reports to leadership.
