Dover Center for Health & Rehabilitation is a National Health Care Associates affiliate located in Dover, NH. We are seeking a Nursing Scheduler to ensure optimal staffing, regulatory compliance, and high-quality resident care in a warm, supportive environment.

Formación

• Experience as a scheduler in a Healthcare or Long-Term Care setting is highly valued.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong organizational, administrative and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle dynamic scheduling needs and adapt to last-minute changes.
• Ability to work and communicate effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the facility is staffed 7 days per week, 24 hours per day.
• Develop and maintain nursing staff schedules; consider workload and regulations.
• Collaborate with nursing leaders to optimize staffing and budget impact.
• Handle scheduling conflicts, last-minute adjustments, and replacements.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, PTO, vacations, and changes.
• Communicate schedule changes effectively to staff.
• Manage overtime and agency expenses to meet budget targets.
