National Health Care Associates is seeking a Nursing Supervisor for the Dover Center for Health & Rehabilitation in Dover, NH. You will lead an interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional resident care and oversee facility operations, safety, and compliance.

The role requires a valid state nursing license and supervisory/leadership experience in long-term care; advanced degree or certification is preferred. We offer a $4K sign-on bonus, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package.

What You'll Do:

* Evening shift 3pm - 11pm Nurse Supervisor / This is a working supervisor / you will be on a cart *

* Base pay is $42 - $50 (depends on experience) / Shift differentials up to $55 an hour *

* On call rotation every 8 weeks *

* $4K sign on Bonus *

As a Nursing Supervisor, you will lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include oversight of the facility operations, safety, cleanliness and compliance to nursing policies, procedures and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising and guiding nursing staff to ensure high-quality care delivery
• Overseeing daily operations, including staffing assignments and resource allocation
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Conducting regular assessments and audits to maintain quality standards
• Providing mentorship, training, and support to nursing staff
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols

Rate of Pay

Qualifications of a Nursing Supervisor include:

• Valid state nursing license
