Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain staffing 24/7 coverage across all shifts.
• Develop and maintain nursing staff schedules considering workload and qualifications.
• Collaborate with nursing leaders to optimize staffing and budget impact.
• Handle scheduling conflicts and replacements as needed.
• Maintain records of staff attendance, PTO, vacations, and schedule changes.
• Communicate schedule updates to staff.
• Manage overtime and agency expenses to meet budget targets.
