Job summary

Dover Center for Health & Rehabilitation in Dover, NH is seeking a Nursing Supervisor (RN) for Long-Term Care. You will lead an interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, high-quality resident care in a welcome environment.

Base pay ranges from $44.00/hr to $50.00/hr, with potential up to $55.00/hr including shift differentials and a $4,000 sign-on bonus. Evening shifts are 3pm–11pm; on-call duty every 8 weeks. Join a mission-driven team committed to excellence.

Qualifications

• Valid state nursing license

What You'll Do:

Join the Dover team as a Nursing Supervisor (RN) - Long-Term Care.

Base pay: $44.00/hr - $50.00/hr

(Up to $55.00/hr including shift differentials)

Sign-on bonus: $4,000

Shift: Evenings 3pm - 11pm

On call: Every 8 weeks

As a Nursing Supervisor, you will lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include oversight of the facility operations, safety, cleanliness and compliance to nursing policies, procedures and regulations.

What You'll Bring:

Qualifications of a Nursing Supervisor include:

• Valid state nursing license
• Advanced degree or certification preferred
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
