Job summary

Heritage Ministries is seeking a dedicated Scheduler to manage the nursing department's schedule and support daily staffing needs. You will enter and maintain data in the electronic scheduling and payroll systems, working with the Regional Scheduler and Payroll to ensure accurate scheduling and timely payroll processing.

Key duties include updating inter-department data, maintaining the nursing staffing calendar, and communicating changes to supervisors and payroll administrators.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED/TASC required.
• Education or experience in long term care preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enters and updates computer data information for inter- and intra-department use.
• Maintains computerized nursing department staffing schedule and updates as necessary.
• Ensures accurate communication of information to Assigned Supervisor and Corporate Payroll Administrators office for payment of employee benefit time.
• Processes, monitors, and tracks all nursing requests for benefit time.
