Westgate Hills Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Havertown, PA is seeking a dedicated Nursing Scheduler to join our team. You will schedule staff to meet facility needs, ensure labor requirements and payroll deadlines are met.

You will monitor overtime, open shifts, and daily, weekly, and monthly schedules, and collaborate with nursing management on PTO requests and vacancies. Prior healthcare staffing experience is required to succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a staffing role for a Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care facility.
• Prior healthcare staffing experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule staff to meet the needs of the facility.
• Ensure labor requirements and payroll deadlines are met.
• Monitor overtime, open shifts, and daily, weekly, and monthly schedules.
• Review paid time off requests and position vacancies with nursing management.
• Maintain knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and vacancies.
