Northern Dauphin Nursing and Rehab in Millersburg, PA is seeking a Nursing Scheduler to manage staff schedules and attendance for our skilled nursing facility.

The role includes creating and posting monthly schedules, tracking changes, and coordinating with HR on attendance policies, with reporting to management on staffing and payroll. CNA certification is preferred, and COVID-19 vaccination is required unless exempt.

Formación

• Previous scheduler experience required.
• CNA certification preferred.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility or healthcare setting preferred.
• COVID-19 vaccination required unless an approved exemption is presented upon hiring.

Responsabilidades

• Create and post monthly staff schedules, track and post changes, and approve trades in the absence of the DON or as delegated by the DON.
• Maintain timely records of call-offs, tardiness, and early arrivals. Coordinate daily with HR to ensure attendance policies are administered promptly and fairly.
• Provide accurate and timely reports to the DON, Facility Administrator, and management on staffing issues, vacancies, agency use, and other topics as assigned.
• Prepare and submit accurate, complete payroll reports in a timely manner.
• Verify employment data and backgrounds on job applicants.
