Northern Dauphin Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Nursing Scheduler for our skilled nursing facility in Millersburg, PA.

The Nursing Scheduler creates and maintains staff schedules, tracks attendance, monitors lateness and absences, and provides reports to management related to productive and non-productive hours.

Schedule: Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Create and post monthly staff schedules, track and post changes, and approve trades in the absence of the DON or as delegated by the DON.
• Maintain timely records of call-offs, tardiness, and early arrivals. Coordinate daily with HR to ensure attendance policies are administered promptly and fairly.
• Provide accurate and timely reports to the DON, Facility Administrator, and management on staffing issues, vacancies, agency use, and other topics as assigned.
• Prepare and submit accurate, complete payroll reports in a timely manner.
• Verify employment data and backgrounds on job applicants.

Qualifications

• Previous scheduler experience required.
• CNA certification preferred.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility or healthcare setting preferred.
