Cottage Health in Santa Barbara, CA is seeking a Nursing Transition to Practice Program Coordinator to lead the RN Residency program, preceptor and mentor development, and academic partnerships. You will collaborate with nursing leaders and educators to foster clinical excellence, professional growth, and workforce retention while ensuring compliance with ANCC PTAP standards.

The ideal candidate brings nursing leadership, educational expertise, and a passion for developing transition-to-practice

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Education, Healthcare Administration, or related field required.
Master's degree in Nursing, Education, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
California RN license required.
Nursing Professional Development Certification within 2 years preferred.
Basic understanding of Microsoft Suite and presentation platforms.
Five (5) years of clinical nursing experience required.
