Qualifications

• Master's level bridge program in nursing may allow RN licensure prior to completion.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in assisting the RN Transition to Practice Residency Program to achieve its mission and goals.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate the program based on established policies and guidelines.
• Coordinate education for transition from academia to clinical practice and socialization into the professional nurse role.
• Provide consultation to nursing leadership on curriculum development and unit-based competencies.
