Responsabilidades

• Human Resources Management: oversee HR across nursing functions and hospital leaders, ensure high performance and engagement.
• Financial and Data Management: develop budget strategies for nursing education and research, monitor budgets and revenue cycle.
• Operations, Standards of Care, Regulatory Compliance, Quality and Patient Satisfaction: improve quality indicators and compliance.
• Patient Care/Services Delivery: implement best care practices across nursing functions and other departments.
• Planning and Goal Management: create departmental strategy and monitor progress to goals.
• Communication/Collaboration: liaise with staff, medical leadership, and external agencies to drive improvements.
• Education Programs: administer and develop nursing education programs and staff development.
• Research Administration: identify evidence-based practice opportunities and facilitate nursing research access.
