Qualifications

• Current, valid nursing license in Iowa.
• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience.
• Staff education and development experience.
• Outcomes-based practice and quality improvement experience.
• Leading change with evidence-based practice implementation.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in computer software applications.
