Job summary

Ohio State University Medical Center is seeking a Staff Associate to lead enterprise-wide efforts in evidence-based nursing practice, policy development, and evaluation of EB nursing standards across inpatient and outpatient settings.

Working with the Director, the role mentors nursing staff, collaborates with the College of Nursing, and drives initiatives to integrate evidence-based practice into patient care, quality and safety outcomes.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration required.
• Doctoral degree preferred (PhD, DNP).
• 8 years of relevant experience required.
• Licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the State of Ohio.
• Experience in leading evidence-based practice change initiatives on a microsystem & macrosystem level.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of evidence-based nursing projects enterprise-wide; lead review and creation of nursing policies and procedures.
