Job summary

Englewood Health is a leading healthcare system focused on exceptional patient care across northern New Jersey. This role supports the Nursing Quality and Excellence team with high-level administrative duties, coordinating strategic projects, and delivering advanced data analytics and reporting.

You will assist with Magnet Designation processes, PTAP, and content for newsletters and annual reports, while collaborating across departments to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office and knowledge of various database programs.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders and the public.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is helpful for context.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for courteous caller/visitor interactions.
• Ability to manage data, meet deadlines, and work independently on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced administrative and quality coordination support to the Nursing Administration team.
• Oversee progression of strategic projects, track action items, and ensure data integrity.
• Conduct advanced data analytics and reporting for nursing excellence initiatives (e.g., Magnet Designation, PTAP).
• Assist in content development for the Patient Care Services newsletters and Nursing Biannual Report, DAISY Award, and other projects.
