Country Charm in Greenwood, IN is hiring a licensed Medication Aide to set up and administer resident medications per physician orders and professional standards. You may supervise CNAs as directed and assist with daily living activities, hygiene, and meal support.

Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, assisting residents with mobility, and ensuring safety and comfort. A current state Medication Aide license is required, with a compassionate, resident-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in the state as a Medication Aide.

**Eligibility based on location

• You will be responsible for setting up and administering resident medications as ordered by physicians and per professional standards of medication administration, and may supervise CNAs as directed
• Provides patients' personal hygiene by giving bedpans, urinals, baths, backrubs, shampoos, and shaves; assisting with travel to the bathroom; helping with showers and baths
• Provides for activities of daily living by assisting with serving meals, feeding patients as necessary; ambulating, turning, and positioning patients; providing fresh water and nourishment between meals
• Maintains patient stability by checking vital signs and weight; testing urine; recording intake and output information

Qualifications:

• Must be licensed in the state as a Medication Aide and maintain current, active, and unencumbered licensure.
