Job summary

Galen College of Nursing is seeking a Director of Campus Operations to lead the campus operational support functions, including admissions, bursar, facilities, financial aid, IT, reception, and registration. You will drive student experience, KPI achievement, policy adherence, campus safety, and coordination with Main Campus leadership to ensure excellent service and compliant operations.

The role requires building cohesive teams, managing expenditures, staffing, and scheduling; overseeing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years senior operational experience; Master’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership, budgeting and process design capabilities in a growing organization.
• Excellent communication and people-management skills; ability to work in a matrix management structure.

Responsibilities

• Create cohesive teams and ensure an excellent student experience across admissions, bursar, facilities, financial aid, IT, reception, and registration.
• Achieve KPIs including enrollment, efficiency, student satisfaction, fiscal responsibility, service, and accreditation.
• Maintain open communication with campus and College leadership to boost productivity and service.
• Oversee campus events such as graduation, orientation, open houses, and regulatory visits.
• Oversee campus safety and security, including disaster planning and emergency response.
