Qualifications

• Master's degree from a regionally accredited institution.
• Five years of progressively responsible experience in higher education, healthcare administration, project management, institutional research, grants administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and directs the daily administrative and operational functions of the Nursing Department.
• Supervises assigned staff and manages data reporting and analysis.
• Oversees development and management of budgets and resources.
• Oversees collection, analysis, and reporting of department data and performance metrics.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and outcome analyses to support decision-making.
• Coordinates data collection for accreditation, regulatory, and institutional requirements.
• Identifies grant opportunities and leads grant proposals and funded projects.
• Monitors grant compliance, budgets, outcomes, and reporting.
• Supports strategic planning, workforce development, and community partnerships.
• Represents the Nursing Department at college and community meetings.
• Assists with special projects and other related duties.
