Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) and 3 years of teaching experience or as required by programmatic accreditation.
• PA Nursing License and valid Driver's License; compliance with PA Act 15 clearances

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight for the daily operations of the nursing program.
• Collaborate with Department Chair on recruitment and clinical assignments.
• Develop class schedules with Academic Dean and manage faculty staffing and budgets.
• Lead Department bylaws committees and campus initiatives.
• Support student success and address student issues, attend events and open houses.
• Maintain compliance with accreditation, licensure, and registry requirements.
