Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Five (5) years of related nursing experience.
• One (1) year of teaching experience in a pre-licensure nursing program.
• Strong knowledge of accreditation and regulatory standards.

Responsabilités

• Direct day-to-day management of the nursing program.
• Maintain accreditation standards and comply with SACSCOC.
• Assist with budget preparation and monitoring.
• Develop and manage master schedule and faculty assignments.
• Recruit, advise, and support program faculty and staff.
• Foster program quality through SPE and accreditation activities.
• Oversee student records, licensure processes, and graduations.
