Collin College invites applications for a Nursing Program Director to oversee the day-to-day management of the nursing program and ensure ongoing accreditation compliance with SACSCOC and TXBON.

You will lead staffing, budgeting, curriculum development, recruitment, advising, and program marketing, with oversight of SPE and program records. Strong collaboration with faculty and college leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Five years of related nursing experience.
• One year of teaching experience in a pre-licensure nursing education program.
• Knowledge of Texas Board of Nursing rules and accreditation standards.

Responsabilités

• Direct day-to-day management of the nursing program.
• Develop and maintain the Master Schedule and calendar.
• Oversee faculty, staff, facilities, and resources for safe program delivery.
• Manage program budget and fiscal planning with the dean.
• Maintain accreditation standards and SPE reporting.
