Collin College is seeking an experienced leader to direct the nursing program, ensuring accreditation standards and Texas nursing education compliance are maintained. The role oversees staffing, budget, curriculum development, recruitment, advising, and program marketing.

The position includes scheduling, faculty supervision, data collection for SPE and accreditation reports, and ongoing program evaluation to support student success and institutional goals.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of nursing program accreditation and compliance requirements.
• Experience in curriculum development and program evaluation.
• Experience with budget planning and staff supervision.

Responsabilités

• Direct day-to-day management of the nursing program and faculty.
• Maintain accreditation standards and compliance with SACSCOC.
• Facilitate staffing, budgeting, curriculum development, recruitment, advising, and marketing.
• Develop master schedule and coordinate teaching assignments.
• Supervise faculty and staff to ensure safe, effective program delivery.
• Oversee program records, SPE data, and accreditation documents.
• Engage in program evaluation and service to the college.
