Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; five (5) years of related experience in law enforcement or the fire service.
• Two (2) years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of Collin College’s mission, state requirements, SACSCOC and accreditation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operation of the Public Safety Training Center and academic programs.
• Coordinate curriculum planning and development with faculty.
• Provide strategic and operational leadership for public safety programs and collaborate across departments.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with THECB, SACSCOC, and accreditation standards.
• Maintain program records, accreditation documents, and evaluation processes.
• Participate in fiscal planning and resource management for the center.
• Foster teamwork and participate in professional development and college service.
