Concorde Career Colleges in Garden Grove, CA is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (VNPN) to support the Director of Nursing in administering the program and ensuring compliance with CA Board of Nursing and institutional policies.

The role combines administrative oversight with teaching and accreditation duties, including curriculum review, faculty support, student guidance, and program evaluation; hands-on leadership to build a high-performing team and advance student outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's in Nursing and 3 years clinical experience required.
Master's in Nursing preferred.
RN license in California required.

Responsibilities

Ensure departmental compliance with state Board of Nursing, organizational policies, and regulatory agency standards.
Support curriculum review, development, and revision.
Advise students on academic progress, attendance, and professional conduct; assist graduates with licensure applications.
Coordinate skills lab operations and clinical site development, supervision, and evaluation.
Maintain accurate student records in alignment with organizational policies.
Participate in student admissions, orientations, and departmental meetings.
