Pacific College is seeking a director to supervise the VN program at its Costa Mesa campus. You will plan, implement, and evaluate the program, collaborating with campus leaders on policy, curriculum, and promotion of student-centered practices.

You will lead faculty development, ensure accredited curricula, and maintain BVNPT compliance while driving student success through advising and governance. Evening/weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing; doctorate degree preferred.
• 3–5 years teaching experience.
• 3–5 years progressive leadership experience including supervisory and curriculum development.
• Licensed/eligible as a Registered Nurse in California.

Responsabilités

• Direct the VN program operations at the Costa Mesa campus, including planning, implementing and evaluating the program.
• Recruit, supervise and develop faculty to ensure current curricula delivery in a learning-friendly environment.
• Collaborate with campus directors and leaders on policy, curriculum development, and student-centered procedures.
• Ensure operations comply with BVNPT, accreditation standards, and state/federal regulations.
• Prepare and maintain reports for BVNPT, WSCUC accreditation and other governing agencies.
• Lead department meetings and governance committees; promote collaborative faculty relationships.
• Promote student success through advising, counseling, and facilitating communication between students and faculty.
• Travel to the Costa Mesa campus as needed; evenings and weekends may be required.
