You will train and orient students for clinical rotations while serving as a liaison among students, faculty, and clinical partners.

You will maintain site documentation and help ensure a seamless clinical learning experience, working with nursing leadership to meet objectives and keep regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of related experience in clinical operations or nursing programs.
• Strong understanding of nursing/healthcare field and regulatory requirements.
• Effective oral and written communication, presentations, and teamwork.
• Ability to multi-task, manage deadlines, and handle pressure.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel locally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule student clinical placements with site partners.
• Maintain accurate documentation: health forms, immunizations, CPR, and site paperwork.
• Oversee training related to clinical readiness and regulatory education.
• Manage site readiness, orientation, and safety trainings (BLS, fire safety).
• Track and renew clinical site contracts, contact information, and renewal dates.
• Serve as liaison between students, faculty, and clinical partners.
• Ensure regulatory and accreditation documentation is up to date.
