• Leadership knowledge to cultivate a learner-centered environment and foster excellence.
• Knowledge of MS Office and databases for reporting and documentation.
• Strong supervisory and management skills applicable to a nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical placements, field experiences, and scheduling to align with course objectives and accreditation.
• Oversee clinical instructors and guide faculty development.
• Maintain accurate documentation including syllabi, contracts, student records, and accreditation files.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and accreditation standards.
