Job summary

American Career College is seeking an administrator to oversee the clinical instructor team within the Vocational Nursing Program. You will ensure high-quality clinical education and compliance with program standards while supporting instructional operations across assigned sites.

The role requires active California LVN/RN licensure, strong knowledge of regulatory standards, and experience in teaching or program administration. Travel to clinical sites will be a regular part of the job.

Qualifications

• Must meet one of the following: Option 1 or Option 2 for education requirements.
• Current active California LVN/RN license.
• Knowledge of state/federal/local laws and BVNPT-like regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the clinical instructor team in the Vocational Nursing Program and ensure high-quality clinical education and standards.
• Hire, onboard and train clinical faculty; conduct site visits and observations; support instruction operations across sites.
• Travel to clinical sites to ensure instruction quality and regulatory compliance.
