Job summary

American Career College seeks a seasoned nursing administrator to oversee clinical activities within the nursing program and lead a team of instructors and staff in a student-centered, accreditation-driven environment.

The role requires a BSN, California RN license, BVNPT approval, coursework in administration/teaching, and a minimum of three years in nursing or nursing education; strong leadership and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years as a registered nurse; 1 year in teaching or clinical supervision within last five years, or 3 years in nursing administration/education in last five years.
Strong leadership to foster learner-centered environment and excellence.
Knowledge of state, federal and local regulations (Title IV, ABHES, BVNPT, BPPE) and accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

Overseeing and coordinating all clinical-related activities within the nursing program
Managing clinical instructors, cultivating and maintaining clinical partnerships, securing and scheduling clinical placements, overseeing clinical observations, and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards
Supporting clinical faculty to ensure students complete clinical assignments with integrity and quality of education
