• Unencumbered PA RN license or eligibility.
• Progressive leadership experience in nursing education.
• Experience with curriculum design and accreditation processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Oversee master scheduling of courses and enrollment projections.
• Assign faculty workload within the department.
• Lead curricular design aligned with accreditation standards.
• Oversee program evaluation and revisions based on outcomes.
• Recruit, orient, retain, and graduate students; advise as needed.
• Manage faculty personnel matters and support staff.
• Prepare self-study components for accrediting agencies and site visits.
