The role provides administrative, operational, accreditation, and regulatory support to the Associate Dean and nursing programs. Responsibilities include onboarding, compliance monitoring, data management, clinical partnerships, and preparation of reports for regulatory agencies, as well as coordinating pinning ceremonies and

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with relevant experience in higher education.
• Strong proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, SIS, LMS, and office software.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, students and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the School of Nursing and Associate Dean.
• Coordinate student enrollment, onboarding and orientation.
• Monitor compliance requirements, background checks, health docs, and certifications.
• Prepare reports, data analyses and accreditation documentation.
• Coordinate clinical affiliations, contracts and graduate preceptorships.
• Assist with annual regulatory reporting and grant budgets.
