Tal Healthcare is seeking a Director of Nursing Professional Practice & Magnet Excellence to lead Magnet compliance, develop educational programs, and drive performance improvement across the organization.

Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, the role advances clinical standards, partners with Nursing Leadership, and fosters evidence-based practice and professional growth for staff.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) or related healthcare field required; Doctorate preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead efforts to maintain and enhance Magnet standards, accreditation, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate the Magnet designation process, including evidence collection and site visit logistics.
• Develop and deliver Magnet-related educational materials and mentoring.
• Oversee performance improvement activities including data analysis of nursing indicators.
• Collaborate with nursing councils to set and track annual quality goals.
• Manage the Magnet budget and allocate resources effectively.
• Facilitate communication with stakeholders and external partners on Magnet reporting.
• Support development of a professional practice environment with continuous learning.
