The role leads dashboards, gap analyses, and education initiatives to enculturate the Magnet framework across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Nursing is required.
• Registered Nurse license (multistate) is required.
• Active Florida RN license or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates Magnet application, designation, re-designation and annual reporting.
• Leads Magnet Steering Committee; liaises with clinical and support departments.
• Develops dashboards, conducts gap analyses, and plans improvements with leadership.
• Oversees education for Magnet Champions and promotes shared governance.
