Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing or related field.
• Three to five years of healthcare leadership experience.
• Current NYS license as RN.
• Strong writing and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Magnet standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to Magnet designation status and performance improvement initiatives.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and accreditation standards.
• Collaborates with CNO, Nursing Excellence team and Magnet Champions.
• Spreads Magnet concepts across departments to support redesignation.
• Leads documentation and evidence gathering for Magnet submission.
• Actively coordinates Magnet application and maintenance processes.
