Qualifications

• MSN required; DNP preferred; current RN license in OH and/or MI.
• Strong commitment to adult learning in healthcare; experience with computer-based learning.
• 3–5 years direct-patient care clinical experience plus 3–5 years educational experience.
• ProMedica RN licensure in OH and MI within six months; certification in nursing education or specialty.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing nursing education and professional development initiatives.
• Present educational activities emphasizing patient care and professional growth.
• Teach and mentor clinicians; conduct and represent education in research.
• Serve as an Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) mentor across departments.
