Mercy Health is seeking a Nurse Educator in the Toledo Regional Office to implement and evaluate education plans and professional development programs across units. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
- Registered Nurse licensure required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with an learner-centered approach.
Responsibilities
- Implement education plans and programs developed from annual educational needs assessment.
- Support evidence-based practice and nursing research efforts.
- Coordinate orientation, RN residency, and preceptor programs.
- Monitor program performance and outcomes related to KPIs and nursing goals.
- Collaborate with operational leaders to advance education initiatives.
